LABORFEST is a fantastic opportunity to come together with fellow workers, friends, and family to honor the contributions of workers like you. The event will feature food, music, activities for all ages, and inspiring speakers who will remind us of the importance of solidarity and standing up for workers’ rights.

Whether you’re passionate about labor rights, want to connect with others in the community, or just enjoy a fun-filled day, LABORFEST has something for everyone. Let’s make this Labor Day memorable by celebrating our achievements and recommitting ourselves to the ongoing fight for fairness and justice in the workplace.

Sponsor Labor Fest

This is a request for your support as a sponsor for our Labor Day event on September 1, 2025. Our event is aimed at celebrating the contributions of workers to the economy and society at large, and we believe our values align with those of your union. As a sponsor, you will have the opportunity to showcase your commitment to workers' rights and social justice causes, as well as gain exposure to a wide audience of attendees. In return, we will include your union's logo on all promotional materials and acknowledge your support during the event. This event will host both Union Members and Access to the public. Local Unions are requested to sponsor the event, come out and set up an indoor Tent/Table for members or outreach, and invite members to attend.

Co-Host Event $5000

Sponsorships at this level go toward costs of location, live music, permits, security, and EMTs

Vendor Sponsor $1000 - $4999

Sponsorships at this level fund the food trucks, beer garden, and adult fun zone

Kid Zone Sponsor $500 - $999

Sponsorships at this level provide the face painters, and jump zones for our mini-union members

Sponsor $50 -$499

Sponsorships at this level fill in gaps to provide a comprehensive event
